This e-learning tool has been created by the Netherlands Patent Office, which is part of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl) and by the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP). It is based on Dutch and Benelux legislation regarding Intellectual Property.

The original concept for ThatsIP was developed by the Vlaams Agentschap Innoveren & Ondernemen (VLAIO) and the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP). The present version of ThatsIP has been developed with the permission of VLAIO.
